Bruce Arinaga is Senior Partner and Chief Investment Officer of SAVI Capital Partners, where he directs investment strategy and capital deployment across the firm's institutional mandate. He carries primary responsibility for portfolio construction, asset-class allocation, and the underwriting discipline that governs every transaction within The SAVI Capital Model framework.
In parallel with his role at SAVI Capital Partners, Mr. Arinaga manages the Arinaga Family Office. The family's institutional capital is deployed across multifamily real estate in the Hawaii market, retail real estate in partnership with Broad Reach Retail Partners (an East Coast institutional sponsor that has owned and managed more than 2.5 million square feet of retail with aggregate value above $500 million), Florida multifamily transactions, the South Street Development platform in Vancouver, and direct private equity positions in healthcare, energy, and trade-platform infrastructure.
Mr. Arinaga's earlier career covered senior principal roles at Woodmont Capital Partners and Real Trust Management LLC, where he led more than two billion dollars in residential and commercial real-estate financing, alongside five hundred million dollars in real-estate acquisition and development across the Mid-Atlantic and Western United States. As Principal at TYBA Group Inc., a Canadian developer, he led the development of more than one million square feet of office and retail product and over four thousand residential units.
He directed the workout of more than two billion dollars in distressed real-estate loans on behalf of Japanese institutional lenders during a period when cross-border real-estate exposure required restructuring discipline at scale. Earlier in his career, he held senior real-estate finance roles with Prudential Insurance Company of America and the National Housing Partnership, accumulating more than twenty-seven years of institutional real-estate practice spanning over eight billion dollars in development, acquisition, and financing transactions.
Mr. Arinaga's institutional discipline and cross-cycle real-estate underwriting experience inform the SAVI Capital Partners investment process, particularly within the firm's commercial real-estate and growth-equity platforms. His role at SAVI Capital Partners is the operational extension of more than two decades of institutional capital deployment alongside long-horizon partners and operators.
