Bruce Arinaga

Bruce Arinaga is a Senior Partner and Chief Investment Officer at SAVI Capital Partners and the manager of the Arinaga Family Office, which actively engages in private equity investing across multiple sectors. Under his stewardship, the Family Office has built an impressive portfolio, highlighted by significant real estate holdings in Hawaii—primarily in the multifamily space—and strategic investments with Broad Reach Retail Partners, which manages over 2.5 million square feet of retail space valued at over USD 500 million. His leadership has expanded the family’s footprint to include multifamily properties in Florida, a robust development platform in Vancouver, diversified interests in the healthcare and energy sectors, and advisory services to various trade platforms.

 

Prior to his current role, Mr. Arinaga held pivotal positions at renowned firms such as Woodmont Capital Partners and Real Trust Management, where he was instrumental in financing residential and commercial transactions totaling over USD 2 billion. His experience extends to a tenure at TYBA Group Inc., where he oversaw the development of more than 1 million square feet of office and retail space and the construction of over 4,000 residential units. With 27 years of experience at Prudential Insurance Company of America and the National Housing Partnership, Mr. Arinaga has been intimately involved in real estate development, acquisition, and financing transactions exceeding USD 8 billion, establishing him as a seasoned expert in the industry.
